Extras Breakdown

Accurately communicating your background performer requirements to your crew and extras casting director can be one of the most time consuming parts of an assistant director's job.

The Think Crew Extras Breakdown can automatically parse how many union and non-union background performers you need to order each day including the ability to increase the count if your SAG-AFTRA contract has a minimum cutoff for stand-ins that don't count toward your daily total. Of course, you can also use the breakdown for non-union shows as well by simply setting the union limits to zero.

It also includes two attractive forms: a Standard Breakdown and a more intricate Detailed Breakdown. You can choose what level of detail you'd like to provide, fitting the document to the needs of your show. The Detailed Breakdown features error reporting that will help you catch mathematical errors in real time.

This handy doc also makes entering your date information a breeze by expanding a simple short date into a more verbose long date, including the day of the week. For example, just enter 5/15/17 and the breakdown knows to expand that to "Monday May 15, 2017" - saving you the time of having to type that out for each shoot day.

It comes with up to 100 shooting days already in place for you to use. Simply hide the days you don't need.
